The food was amazing! I had their cannoli griddle and my husband had the corned beef and hash. Of course I had to try the vegan coconut chia bowl-my husband the skeptic, loved it Our server was great We will definitely be back!

Classic old fashion dinner. Breakfast was great. Stopped by on the way to Ricky Mountain NP. Very homey, comfortable feeling. Food is good, service is warm and welcoming. They even serve you a whole decanter of coffee. Looks like a lot of local customer coming in when we were there. Definitely worth a stop after leaving the Denver airport.

Consistently Impressive! My daughter and I have been coming here for years, and it continues to be one of our favorite spots. The food is always delicious—reliably fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. But what truly sets this place apart is the service. No matter who is waiting on us, they are consistently patient, friendly, and attentive. There’s a genuinely happy, welcoming vibe throughout the restaurant, and I believe that reflects great leadership. The Bluebird Cafe is more than just a breakfast spot it’s become a special place for our family . We’ve been coming here for years, in and out as our baby has grown, and every visit feels like coming home. The food is consistently amazing hearty, fresh, and cooked with care. Whether it’s pancakes, omelets, or a good old cup of coffee, they always deliver. What makes this place truly stand out is the people. Being family owned, you can feel the love in every detail from the way they remember your name to how patient and kind they are with families. Our little one has basically grown up eating here, and it’s such a comforting thing to know there’s still a place that values people as much as great food. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real food, real people, and a place that feels like family.

Found this diner/cafe near the intersection of East 92nd Avenue and Thornton Parkway for a breakfast. Pleasant, laid-back, easy going atmosphere and friendly, attentive service from the staff. Menu has a good variety of food items and the prices are very reasonable. Had an omelette with ranch potatoes (cubed, seasoned) and an English muffin with coffee. The food tasted good and the coffee was very enjoyable. Plenty of seats and tables, as well as free parking, shared with other businesses in the shopping plaza. Recommended!

This is a super cute breakfast spot. And all the servers were really friendly and attentive even during their weekend rush. My wife tried the oat pancakes (gluten free option) and did not like. They are too dense for pancakes. I got the gravy and biscuits with smothered/loaded potatoes and eggs. My meal was delicious. They are doing those biscuits and gravy right!!

I have been coming to the bluebird cafe for years and I swear it just keeps getting better and better! The service is always top tier and the food always leaves me impressed! If you’re looking for your favorite weekend breakfast spot this is it!
